How Jake Works
Jake is calm, reassuring, and easy to talk to. He takes time to build a genuine connection so that people feel comfortable from their first appointment, and he works to make rehabilitation something they enjoy rather than something to get through. For Jake, that relationship is not an added extra; it is what keeps people engaged with the plan and motivated to do the work that helps them recover.
His approach is patient-first: he works with each person to understand what they need and how best to help them, rather than applying a fixed template. He is collaborative by nature, involving patients in decisions about their care and shaping the plan around their goals and their feedback. In practice, he combines hands-on treatment and sports massage to ease symptoms and improve how the body moves, with structured exercise and strength work to build lasting capacity. Encouragement and positive reinforcement run through everything he does, helping people stay motivated as they progress.
