Nassia Vogelzang
Nassia Vogelzang
Chartered Physiotherapist
Nassia supports people looking to return to movement and exercise with confidence, particularly during the peripartum and postnatal period, as well as those managing pain that affects everyday function.
Her approach to physiotherapy is shaped by her own experience of living with scoliosis. She found that rigid, repetitive exercise programmes rarely fit real life, and that progress came when movement felt sustainable, enjoyable, and adaptable. This experience continues to influence how she works with patients.
Nassia is a Chartered Physiotherapist and is currently completing an NIHR-funded Masters in Clinical and Health Research, reflecting her belief that treatment should be guided by good-quality evidence while remaining tailored to the individual.
