Frequently Asked Question

You can find full details of all our prices here.

No. All of our therapists are qualified and registered primary healthcare providers, meaning that they have the skills and training to diagnose your condition and recognise when something might be going on that needs your GPs attention.

You can feel safe in the knowledge that no matter the cause, your issue will be dealt with
professionally and safely.

Wear something comfortable and loose fitting that will allow access to the area that needs assessing. Our therapists will never undress any more than is absolutely necessary, and your modesty will be respected at all times.

If you are coming straight from work and don’t have loose fitting clothing, don’t worry. We can provide you with clean, appropriate clothing for your appointment.

We have a card machine on site and we will take payment at the end of your consultation. We accept all major credit cards, including AMEX, as well as bank transfers and cash.

We do not currently work directly with insurance providers, but most major providers will reimburse for our services. Check with your service provider before booking to find out what their requirements are.

If you’re still unsure, book a call back here and one of our therapists will get in touch to discuss your situation and find the best option for you.

The easiest way to change your appointment is to call us on 02381 102077.

You are more than welcome to cancel your appointment, but please do so with as much notice as possible to give us time to rebook your slot.

Missed appointments cost our therapists time and money, so if we are not given at least 24 hours 9 notice we do have to charge 50% of the appointment fee. If we receive no notice at all then the full fee is payable.

If you have notes or scans from previous treatment and investigations into the issue you’ve booked in for then these can be helpful.

Otherwise come as you are and we will be able to find out everything we need to know during the consultation.

This is ultimately a personal judgement, but we would usually advise people to come in as soon as they can to get as assessment. At worst, you’re reassured that there’s nothing seriously wrong and your injury will heal by itself. At best, we could save you months or years of pain and disability by getting you the treatment you need straight away.

You can find a full explanation of the different treatments and our philosophy here.

If you’re injured or in pain, and you want to see someone as fast as possible, book an injury consultation with either of our therapists here.

Alternatively, you can book a call back with one of our therapists to discuss your situation in more detail here.

Here are a list of common questions we are asked that need a more detailed answer:

Whats the difference between Physio, Osteo and Chiro?

Should I book Sports Massage or Physiotherapy?
